[Fredslist] Litigator needed

Hi all -


Not sure which litigator(s) in Gotham can help, so reaching out to all.


Plaintiff served judgment for monies due and owing of about $70,000.  My 
friend does not deny he owes the money - has been trying to put together 
a payment plan but to no avail. Additionally process was apparently 
served in November on his employer but he was not advised until about a 
week ago.


Can anyone help?
