[Fredslist] Need someone to build a wall and an old fashioned property litigator

[Jennie Realty]

My neighbor's tree roots penetrated the dividing wall between our
properties and the wall collapsed.  The wall is my property.  I need a
contractor who can get to the Bronx ASAP to give me an estimate on
rebuilding the wall and a lawyer who can get me into court today or
tomorrow with a claim against the property.
