At our November Gotham Long Island meeting, Fred Klein invited Chuck Schmidt, his car repair guy as a guest.  Chuck told us of his shop, on Northern Blvd in Roslyn, which specializes in towing and repair.
A few weeks ago, my wife had a major car breakdown.
Chuck arranged for towing and repaired the car with integrity, honesty, and complete explanations.
Don't hesitate to call Chuck at 516-627-7630 with questions or a tow.  His shop is right next to Bryant and Cooper Steak House and across from the Dunkin Donuts on Northern Blvd.  They also have the lowest gas prices around.
