Dear all,

A few months ago I was appointed POA for an 80 year old woman with no family
members. JM  lived in the same house since she was 10 years old and I don't
think she ever threw anything out! We moved her to a nursing home. An
accomplished artist, JM's home was filled with her art. There were hundreds
of paintings, writings and and sketches. We were able to donate most items
to different organizations  but we didn't have a place for her art. I
couldn't let it go in the dumpster. I hired Len Schwartz of Keller Williams
to sell the house and I have to say that Len went above and beyond. He
personally built something to hold her paintings and he hired a mover (at
his own expense) to move the art to his garage until the spring when we can
have a show. When I showed JM the photo of the paintings in Len's garage she
burst in to tears!!! Len understands the value of people and art and we are
planning  a show to benefit Alzheimer's. 

Not only that, the gas was shut off this past weekend before the final walk
through and closing and Len was the one who waited at the house in the
freezing cold for the gas company to come and turn it on! I've known Len for
quite a while but this is the first time I had the privilege of working with
him.  Len went above and beyond for this sale and believe me it was a tear
down so I'm not even sure if it was worth his while financially!!!! Len is
easy to work with and extremely accommodating. I highly recommend him. And
if you work with  Len you might even get a delicious Thanksgiving pie next
year!!!!
