[Fredslist] Client needs help

Hello Tribe,

A client of mine is having significant difficulties in obtaining financing
for college for one of their children.....the client and spouse are now
earning good salaries but they do not have a good credit score and are at a
loss for where to turn.  They have had some serious issues in the past that
were not totally in their control related to their finances and have
suffered through a large casualty loss, no jobs and financial hardship but
are now doing well but the past is holding them up.  If anyone knows of
anyone or any financial institution that can help or anyone has a
recommendation please forward to me so I can forward to my client.
