General Practice law firm with a concentration in all aspects of criminal defense and related matters seeks individual with excellent organizational, telephone and people skills.

Must be proficient in word-processing (WordPerfect preferred).

Criminal defense and/or Time Matters experience a plus.

Diversified duties include answering telephone, meeting and greeting clients, client contact, scheduling appointments, assisting attorneys with preparation of legal documents, calendar management, file management, client intake, varied administrative tasks, etc.

Will train as necessary.

Full time

Congenial atmosphere in Luxury Garden City offices.
