Private room is available for part-time or commuter roommate, female only age 27+ who needs a place to stay in NY City  2-4 days a week or a few times a month. 
This is not for full-time rental, only for someone who’s here part-time.  Rent is $975/ month including expenses.  Minimum lease one year with option to renew.
Conveniently located in the east village near NY University, the room is about 11x14" with windows, in a modern doorman building. Near all subways. Air conditioning, parking garage, small gym and laundry in building. Small private closet and shelving. The bathroom and kitchen are shared.
