We’re still holding a few seats for our Nonprofit Executives’ Roundtable on
Friday morning, October 16, that will be devoted entirely to the
subject of *nonprofit
governance*.  If you saw our earlier bulletin, you’ll recall that we’ve
enlisted two outstanding authorities on the subject: *Ellen Willmott*,
general counsel of the Susan G. Komen Foundation (national HQs) and *Mark
Oster*, partner and national practice leader for Grant Thornton LLP’s
Not-for-Profit & Higher Ed practice.  My colleague, *Tony Giordano*, will
also cover key considerations in arranging state-of-the-art Management
Liability protection.
