[Fredslist] Need commercial banking contacts at large banks for an LOC confirming letter

Hi Tribe,

We have a large client who has obtained a letter of credit from a bank not on the NAIC's & ZNA's approved list (attached).

We need an LOC confirming letter (attached) from an approved bank. The client prefers not to start the LOC process over again with a new bank as it has already been issued. They prefer to obtain a confirming  bank letter (attached).

Does anyone have commercial banking contacts with a bank on the attached list? It includes major banks such as:


*         Wells Fargo

*         Citibank

*         TD

*         RBS

*         Morgan Stanley

*         JP Morgan - Chase

*         HSBC

*         Credit Suisse

*         Deutsche Bank

*         Capital One

*         Barclays

*         Etc.....
