Peter Phillips has served as arbitrator or mediator in commercial disputes since March 2009. He is Director of the Alternative Dispute Resolution Skills Program and Adjunct Professor at New York Law School.A cum laude graduate of Dartmouth College and a magna cum laude graduate of New York Law School, Mr. Phillips was a litigator for eleven years, and then served for nearly ten years as Senior Vice President and Interim President of the International Institute for Conflict Prevention and Resolution (CPR Institute).
