My Background:
I recently completed my consulting position at Folica where I was brought on to establish and resolve short-term needs for this e-commerce business and revive two brands under their private label businesses.
Prior to Folica, I was a member of the founding team of Illuminage Beauty, a subsidiary of Unilever.  As VP of Global Marketing and Communications, I spearheaded marketing and PR initiatives, advertising and retail launch efforts at Sephora, QVC and Harrods. Previously, I was Director of Marketing at Elizabeth Arden, managing the North America business and was involved in taking the company through its hundred year repositioning. I held marketing positions for Lancôme and launched Avon's first global entry into the youth market at MARK cosmetics, establishing a diverse product line and building a new customer base.
 About Me (Professionally):
I am adept at working in different environments from corporate firms to startups; as a result, I am able to navigate cross-functional teams with thoughtful, yet resilient strides!  Growing in a family successful in the financial industry, I have constant curiosity and passion to learn more about business and brands across numerous industries.  My proactive personality and creative insights bring unique perspectives to meetings and conversations, while being committed to the dynamics of a team.
New Opportunity:
Currently, I'm seeking a full-time brand management / marketing position to manage a business unit or a strategic or business development function.  I would like to leverage what I know about brands, distribution strategies, CRM / Direct Marketing, and social outreach initiatives to build out a brand or retail space.
