A young couple in Long Island City in one of the NEWLY CONSTRUCTED buildings is looking for a roommate.

The apartment has 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms.  They want to renting out / sublease the bedroom+ bathroom to a roommate.

The rent would be $2100 plus utilities.  Sec deposit of 2100*2. We are open to a male or female roommate. Person should be fairly low-key with a job and socialable.  The apartment is 7 minutes walk to the 7 train and the building offers shuttle service to the subway.  The ferry is about a 5 minute walk as well.
