[Fredslist] AMAZING STORY

Good Morning Gotham,
I need to relay a really feel good story.  My husband has a ring that was given to him by his Parents when he graduated college.  This ring meant so much to him.  One day after he lifted up our handicapped pet to place her in the car he was shocked to find the ring missing from his finger.  We looked all over the house and tried to retrace his steps.  He ran to the car and was so happy to see the ring lying on the pavement.  His happiness turned to horror as he discovered the ring had been run over and was just about flat.  He brought what was left of the ring home.  I told him I would take it to the local jeweler to see what could be done.  As I would have guessed I was told that there was nothing that could be done and then proceeded to try and sell me another ring.  I happened to have the ring in my pocketbook when I attended the Gotham Queens meeting.  Ed Bienstock was there and we got to talking.  I not only have purchased items from Ed in the past, I have listened to the accolades given Ed by other members.  I told him the story and then showed him the ring.  He took the ring and made no promises.  He said he would see what he could do.  I don’t know how he did it, but low and behold Ed duplicated the ring to match the original perfectly.  He was able to salvage the original diamond chips that were in the flattened ring.  I wish I had captured the look on Steve’s face when I presented him with the ring.   As we approach the season of giving and miracles, you would all be “WISEMEN” to check out Ed Bienstock.  He definitely proved the magic of Gotham.
