[Fredslist] looking for info on rehab places near Toms River, NJ

Folks,

My mom, who has been in the hospital for a month with stage 4 lung cancer,
needs to move to a rehab place to re-learn how to walk so she can get
strong enough to get chemo.

Does anybody have any experience with the following places near Toms River,
NJ?

The Rose Garden
Green Acres Manor
Hampton Ride
Bartley Manor
Crestwood Manor


Or can you recommend how to go about choosing a rehab place?
