This three-day program will focus on Best Practices in conducting commercial
arbitrations. It is designed to introduce persons interested in becoming
arbitrators as well as experienced arbitrators to contemporary Best
Practices in arbitration, based upon recommendations by the College of
Commercial Arbitrators, the American Arbitration Association, CPR, JAMS, and
other arbitration thought-leaders.
