 Len,

Off-the Record is a non-profit organization that provides lectures on
foreign policy to its membership.  It is a sister organization of the
Foreign Policy Association.  We have ten day time lectures throughout our
season, with about four evening events for our Patron members.  Our
speakers include ambassadors, journalists, generals, former high ranking
members of the CIA and State Department, and foreign ambassadors to the UN
or US.

We have one full time employee who works in the offices of the Foreign
Policy Association on Park Avenue and 32nd.  As you will note in the
attached job description, we require an individual who can work
independently, arranging our lectures, interacting with the membership, and
coordinating with the Chairlady of OTR.
