[Fredslist] Commercial Insurance Broker

Hello Gotham:
I am satisfied with the Insurance Company representing a piece of commercial property I co-own but not the broker interfacing between the company and us.
Do any of you know a good broker who is pro active about coverage, problems, etc? I'd really appreciate any leads.
