[Fredslist] Need high level contact at Hyatt Hotels

Had a bad experience trying to book a meeting in San Francisco. 

 

Would like to advise someone higher up of the many errors staff and
management has made at the location, so they could improve their process. 

 

This would be a benevolent fist shaking exercise. I dislike
non-professionals professing to be professionals.
