[Fredslist] pet transportation needed

Anyone have any ideas/connections on how a 40 lb., 4 yr. old, English
Bulldog family member of a friend can make the trip from St. Petersburg,
Florida to the NYC area this July?  The family does not want to spend the
summer without her.  So far, all commercial airlines and passenger trains
have declined transport.  Any assistance would be very much appreciate.
