I am pleased to announce that Louis Calastro has joined the Gotham Fairfield
group as our newest member.  He has recently joined the NY Real Estate group
as well.
 
He is the principal of Gateway Building Services a complete janitorial and
building services company based in Stamford that has been operating for more
than 60 years.  GBS provides a full range of school, janitorial, stadium,
hospital and college cleaning services in the greater Tri-State area.
 
Louis has broad and deep experience in the Real Estate industry with the
majority of his new business coming from clients with whom he has long-term
relationships.  He is ready and willing to introduce all Gotham members to
his contacts and help in any way he can to develop and enhance opportunities
for everyone.
 
I am sure Louis will bring new energy to Gotham so please feel free to reach
out and give him a warm welcome.
