Hello Gotham,

William Holst, Esq. is the Attorney for the Suffolk County Department of
Social  Services.

He has ignored repeated requests from my lawyer, dating back to February
2015, to provide
a bill for the total benefits which Medicaid paid on behalf of my
deceased mother-in-law
during her stay in a nursing home in 2009.

I need to repay the Department from the proceeds of Series E savings
bonds that belonged 
to my mother-in-law and were first discovered at the end of 2014.

Does anyone have any suggestions for getting this person to respond?
