Family owned and operated expanding Real Estate Property Management Company located in Port Washington offering an exciting and unique opportunity to a highly energetic experienced Property Manager to join our team. You will be responsible for managing a portfolio of multiple dwelling properties consisting mostly of two family residences, residential garden apartments as well as some commercial properties.

Qualifications:

Strong communication, supervisory, administrative and customer service skills.

Effective time management, follow up and organizational skills.

Self-motivated and proactive with professional demeanor.

Maintain positive and professional customer relations at all times.

Responsibilities:

Ability to work with a diverse resident population, contractors, and employees.

Knowledge of building systems and basic construction.

Schedule property maintenance and manage building maintenance projects.
Extensive resident relations to include resolution of tenant maintenance issues.

Maintain accurate tenant records.

Conduct ongoing visual inspections of properties.

Inspect all units prior to move-ins and after all move-outs.

Oversee maintenance staff.

Requirements:

Experience with Word, Excel and Outlook.

Have at least 3 years’ experience in property management.
