[Fredslist] CRM Software

Does anyone use a CRM program that a) acts as an autoresponder, b) allows you to send emails AND snail mail, and c) sends emails/letters based upon the response received to an earlier transmittal?

In short, I am looking for something like InfusionSoft that is more friendly to a non-tech person.  Sort of an InfusionSoft-lite.
