[Fredslist] Shout out to Paul Napolitano

 I want to thank Paul Napolitano for taking the time to meet me at my mom's house in Queens yesterday to help us figure out what was causing water damage to her walls;
not only did he go out of his way to be there, he took an interest in meeting mom and getting to "know" her. Paul, thanks for being so gracious and kind...much appreciated.
