Join me in welcoming Patty and Kim to the New York Health and Aging
Resource group.

Kim F. Trigoboff, Esq. is passionate about helping her clients plan for and
solve issues in the areas of elder law and trusts and estates.
Specifically, she prepares wills and advanced directives for her clients,
advises clients involved in guardianship matters on behalf of an elderly or
special needs family member, and also assists with estate, Special Needs
and Medicaid planning.

Patty's practice specializes in stress and anxiety reduction, alleviating
discomfort and pain, immune boosting, and overall health and wellness.
Clients benefit from one on one sessions, along with the opportunity to
learn how to help themselves by being taught Self-Help.

Patty, a certified *Jin Shin Jyutsu**®* practitioner and Self-Help
instructor, was introduced to the ancient Japanese art twenty years ago.
Through her weekly visits to a practitioner, along with daily self-help *Jin
Shin Jyutsu*, she sustained a Wall Street career of thirty-plus years.
Currently, Patty devotes all of her time to her professional *Jin Shin
Jyutsu* practice. She also works monthly at Ronald McDonald House and Hope
Lodge in NYC where she volunteers her efforts with *Jin Shin Jyutsu* for cancer
patients and caregivers.
