[Fredslist] Need a small meeting space near 28th & Madison

I have a business meeting with someone tomorrow from 3-4:30 and we need to meet as close to 28th and Madison as possible due to time restraints of my client.

I would be grateful to anyone who may have an open office or small conference room for us to use in a building within a block or so of 28th and Madison.
