The NY Real Estate Chapter is pleased to welcome new member Joseph Engels
of the GEI CONSULTANTS, INC. PC



GEI is a national engineering consulting and design firm that provides a
broad range of services to the real estate development community.

The focus of GEI’s services includes underground engineering (geotechnical
site investigations, building foundations, de-watering, underpinning,
support of excavation); instrumentation; environmental engineering; and
building envelope evaluation and repair.

>From their four offices in the Metro New York area, GEI’s professional
staff stands ready to provide strategic advice and design services to
developers, contractors, building owners and managers and legal teams
working in the built environment.



Joe is a Vice President and Principal in the firm where he has worked over
20 years.

Born and raised in Queens, he is a graduate of Manhattan College and
Cornell University.

He has proven to be a great networker and is willing and wanting to share
his many strong personal business relationships with the Gotham community.

He believes the key to success in the business world is to build trusting
and friendly relationships. He believes  "If you give, you shall receive"

He obviously was meant to be a member of our Gotham tribe!!!.
