On this day we will have a guest, Charlie Goulding.  He was invited
specifically so that GOtham Green can provide a service to Gotham and its
members to inform and to stimulate them into taking advantage of some of
the energy saving options available and how to make the most of them and
spend the least yourself.  He is a "specialist" in how to get the most out
of these incentives and rebates.
