[Fredslist] 20, 000 - 25, 000 Sq.Ft. Exposition Space needed for Art Exhibit in Manhattan for 10 days in January- February, 2016

I have a client who needs 20,000 - 25,000 square feet in Manhattan for an art exhibit January 25 - February 2, 2016.  They could spend about $125,000, but they need nearly 10 days to load in, exhibit and load out their displays.  If you have any thoughts about a location for this, please let me know.
