Lee & Associates is seeking an entry-level researcher to join our full
service national commercial real estate firm. Technical skills required in
Microsoft Excel. Knowledge of basic real estate fundamentals required.
Knowledge of New York City submarkets and neighborhoods a plus. Must be
comfortable with communication via phone calls and email.Candidate will
learn skills in basic property research and market statistics; in addition
to learning real estate across different aspects of the industry (office,
