If you live anywhere near the southwest part of Long Island and you have any pain problems. Gothamite Dr Phil Gura is the man to see. He works wonders and besides that he has a gym in his office for when you get better.  Hope you don't have any problems but if you do he is the guy. He straightened me out in just a few visits.
