[Fredslist] American Home Shield Insurance Plans ??

My son David owns a condo in Bretton Woods in Coram. ( Central Suffolk )
2200 residences in the community.

He is seeking to purchase insurance for his a/c and heating and appliances
if feasible. Does anyone have any recommendations?  He "Googled" and found
Home Shield to have pretty decent reviews.

Please let me know if you know of any plans or whom he should contact.

My sister may have found a car to buy thanks to fellow Gothamite Vince
DeRogatas who recommended a mechanic in our home town (Sayville) who had 2
cars in her price range for sale.  Our "tribal family" always comes through.
