[Fredslist] Website: Squarespace design as mobile friendly: REVISED

I'm looking for advice on:

Editing/ Re-designing my website, on squarespace, to optimize it for mobile devices.
How long should this take, and what kind of range of  fees would be appropriate?
Specific proposals or recommendations for someone to help me.

Some people have advised me to switch to wordpress, others say no need to,
and that squarespace is easier to manage.

As google will soon penalize sites that are not mobile-fiendly, I'm thinking that the best thing to do is to stay with SQUARESPACE,
at least for now.
