Growing, busy downtown Brooklyn matrimonial/family Law firm seeks mid-level experienced matrimonial associate attorney.  Must be financially educated & savvy, able to work independently and must have current motion and actual first-chair recent trial experience in matrimonial and family court cases, involving both financial as well as custody matters.  We work in Supreme and Family Courts in the 5 boroughs of NYC  plus Nassau/Suffolk & occasionally Westchester and nearby counties.  Position involves heavy discovery, EBT's, client intake, negotiations, trial work and drafting. Looking for very organized,  focused, computer savvy individual who is also good with clients, judges, adversaries, etc.  Must be conversant with relevant tax law,  an ace at legal research and writing, have superior oral argument, people and trial skills, and be a self-starter.  Not interested in anyone who is looking to transition into this field....we need a trial ready, battle tested mat attorney.
