[Fredslist] Delaware LLC Statute Need Copy or Link

Hi All,
Does anyone have a copy of the Delaware LLC Statue or a Link to a copy of it that they could send?  Also does anyone know if the Delaware Statute is similar to the NY one regarding Member personal liability for debts of the LLC?
