[Fredslist] Sample Petition for Surrogates Court

Gothamites:

I am looking for a sample "Petition to show cause why subject/father is not
ineligible under N.Y. SCP. LAW § 707 to serve as a fiduciary for minor
children in the administration of children's mother's estate due to a
felony conviction in New York State."  If no one has anything on point to
that issue, if anyone has a petition dealing with N.Y. SCP. LAW § 707 I
would greatly appreciate it.
