Private equity backed construction firm specializing in high-end

individual to serve as Junior Business Developer. This role will be focused
on opening relationships for the Director of Business Development. This is
an excellent opportunity for a qualified, motivated individual to realize
immediate results and become part of a growing organization, with
opportunities for advancement as we grow.

The ideal candidate will be a natural networker, will have a professional
presentation and will thrive on the challenge of identifying potential
clients and developing relationships.

*Responsibilities include:*

   - Outbound telemarketing efforts, prospecting from a proprietary
   research method.
   - Following-up on inbound leads and requests for information to qualify
   opportunities.
   - Supporting in-office and in-field sales and marketing activities,
   including proposal drafting.
   - Logging opportunities and leads in CRM software (training will be
   provided).

*Required Candidate Characteristics:*

   - Strong internal drive and ambition for success.
   - Ability to remain upbeat and persistent throughout the sales process.
   - Strong verbal and written communications skills.
   -
   - Passion for excellent client service.

*Preferred Qualifications:*

   - Previous sales, marketing, or business development experience.
