[Fredslist] Need CT Matrimonial lawyer near or in Vernon/Hartford, CT

Client now lives in Long Island but has been estranged from wife for a decade. Last place of mutual residence in CT. He needs to file a no-fault divorce and not sure if he can do it from NY or not.
