Hi guys didn't want to bother you once I realized you were away. Friday we finally received GREAT news. The mortgage company approved the loan modification! Can't tell you how relieved we were to get that call. Fred we couldn't have gotten to this stage without you I believe your recent contact made all the difference and I hope you can know how grateful we are.. There's no words to express our  gratitude. THANK YOU! We will be moving in over the next 2 weeks!!!!!
