[Fredslist] trade-in or sell my Apple Mini iPad purchased in January 2014--perfect condition!

I have a newish, pristine, 16G mini-iPad with case, purchased new from Apple this past January.  I now wish to upgrade to the new mini iPad announced yesterday and an eager to sell it or get a trade-in.  Does anyone in Gothamland where/how to do this.
