To all Gotham Attorneys:

Can any of you identify websites that unscrupulous attorneys may use to
"bad-mount" experts -- particularly those experts with the gall to file
collection suits against them for not paying their bills, etc. *Also*, I am
looking for a Gotham Attorney who belongs to/pays for a listing on
findlaw.com to help get an unfounded and untruthful bad-mounting story off
its website from a gripe from a California attorney against whom I filed a
collection suit seven years ago -- which is still a permanent part of
findlaw.com's depth into the internet.. This is a growing problem, and I
would be most grateful to any Gotham attorney who might be able to assist
me -- even if only by identifying the websites, but certainly by helping
the Expert Witness Committee (Gerry Goldhaber, Chairman) get a handle on
how to handle the impunity that access to uncorroborated internet
bad-mouthing affords the type of "bad apple" attorneys who give the vast
majority of good ones a bad name.
