Rich, born and raised in Staten Island, New York, is founder of the Luthmann Law Firm.  
Admitted to practice law in New York, New Jersey, the Eastern and Southern District Federal Courts in New York, the District of New Jersey and the United States Tax Court, Rich has recently argued before the New York State Court of Appeals, New York's highest court. His practice focuses on trusts and estates, tax law, business law, asset protection, guardianships, foreclosure defense, credit repair, election law and probate litigation.
