Corporate Security Resources, Inc. (CSR) is a boutique private security management consulting firm headquartered in Manhattan and operating in the NY/NJ, DC Metro, FL and CA/HI markets.  We are currently looking for "Sales Ambassadors" to work on business development in NY/NJ and DC.


CSR’s focus is assisting clients in developing, servicing and managing their security programs and posture.  Our practice areas include:  

- physical security (procedures, controls, protocols and design), 
- security staffing and management services (“premium" security guard and security/reception services),
- business investigative services (background, due diligence, business intelligence and unwanted incident inquiries),
- electronic security (alarm, access control, camera and tracking equipment, and service), and 
- digital security (hardware, software and “human” protection, and forensics). 

Our target market is emerging and middle market businesses with security needs relating to their office facilities and business operations, but lacking access to “in house” resources to address those needs.  Industry segments serviced include: advertising agencies, new media, non-profits, airlines, boutique hotels, high end retail and art galleries, special event venues and professional service firms in law, accounting and health care.  


Sales Ambassador candidates must have the ability to:

- independently source and qualify leads, 
- network within industry sectors, 
- follow up by phone, in writing and in person, and 
- ultimately propose services.

And they will likely be experienced in:

- one of CSR’s above noted practice areas, as well as:
- the service business model, and
- sales and marketing business development.  

Compensation is paid through a very, very generous commission plan, with all expenses reimbursed.

These positions can be:

- part time or full time, and worked from a home office,
- if part time, possibly "dove tailed" with and supplemental to other employment activity,
- adapted to personal circumstances such as workforce re-entry after personal leave, non-traditional employment scheduling needs due to other personal or professional responsibilities, additional income to fund an early retirement, etc..
