Small boutique law firm located in mid-Nassau County seeks legal secretary with significant litigation (plaintiff-side personal injury, a must) and real estate transaction experience, to work M-F, 1:00 pm-6:00 pm.  Qualified applicant must be articulate, detail-oriented, careful, organized, self-directed, responsible and dependable, familiar with the courts and the clerks' offices, and fluent in Word and Outlook (knowledge of PCLaw, helpful.) Responsibilities include telephone interaction and client contact, file management, document preparation, and scheduling. Non-smokers and those with own transportation only.
