Owners only use the apartment 10 days a month so you will have the
apartment all to yourself during the other days.
 
Roommate should be a professional with references. 
 
Clean non smoker no pets and respect noise when owners are also sharing
the apartment.
 
Rent $1200. per month. First last and a security required.
