[Fredslist] Insurance question regarding commercial air conditioner/heating contract

Hello~

We have a contract, up for renewal for an existing “Preventive Maintenance” inspections contract that covers four on-site maintenance inspections to our air conditioner and heating system.  The bill is too high in consideration of our use andI’m looking to shop this contract for alternatives.

If anyone in Gothamland has an idea for  us, I’d love hearing from you..
