The individual is an IT Project Manager, whose role for 6 years as been to make sure that software development projects are planned and executed successfully.  Some of the specific job functions include:
-Setting up the software development projects - mainly waterfall or Agile/Scrum methodology
- Define the project Management methodologies
- Planning, Estimation the projects
- Helping project monitpring and reporting
- Training and coaching the Project team members
