Law Firm Seeks Executive Administrator

Western Suffolk County Law Firm seeks an executive administrator/ assistant to the managing partner.  Applicants must be ultra-organized, able to multi-task, work in a faced paced environment, able to prioritize, complete projects quickly, efficiently and independently.  Responsibilities include client interaction, manage new clients and relationships, draft retainers, set up new matters in document and billing systems, assist with billing and firm financial matters, manage staff, provide administrative support for managing partner, manage partner calendar, handle marketing, seminars and event organization.  Applicant must be highly motivated, resourceful, dedicated, willing to wear many hats and willing to do what it takes to get the job done.  Knowledge of Time Matters and Bill Quick a plus.
