Dear Gotham Suffolk and Gotham Tribe,

It is my pleasure to announce our newest member Renee Sojcher of WellHealth, LLC.  Beginning today, Renee is now a full member of the Gotham community and I ask that you join me in welcoming her to our Tribe.

WellHealth, LLC focuses on Health Behavior Change.  Our goal is for you to improve your wellbeing. The five areas that make up wellness include Fitness, Nutrition, Weight Management, Stress Management and Positive Mindset. If you’re doing well in these five areas then you should be experiencing a high energy level; going about your daily tasks with a smile on your face and a bounce in your step. If you’re feeling tired, sluggish, irritable, and have low energy then you’re not performing at your peak level of wellness.
