[Fredslist] Real Estate Insurance broker

Friends:

I am currently the Guardian of a person who owns a townhouse on West End
Ave.  It has been endured with the same firm for decades and I think it is
time to change.  I would like to begin with an evaluation of the current
insurance.

There is a certain time constraint to this decision, so  ASAP.
